Graduate Building Surveyor

My client, a  multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Scotland are looking to expand their well established Building Consultancy division. Their team covers all aspects and types of property from commercial to rural, residential and agricultural property.

Due to a period of recent success and influx of work, they are looking to appoint a further junior team member. The role will be predominantly based from our Edinburgh office with hybrid and flexible working patterns.

This is a unique opportunity to gain varied experience working in multiple sectors alongside a very experienced team. The role will include all Building Surveying and Project Management services across all sectors. Hands on involvement in both larger projects, such as private estate fit-outs aswell as professional dilapadation, condition and contract admin work.  This will offer diverse experience to equip you with all the skills required in order to qualify as a chartered Building Surveyor and keep up my clients great success rate.

Candidates must be able to show that they are working towards their APC, or have a suitable accredited qualification and relevant work experience.
