Job Details

An established Property and Construction Consultancy based in East London are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor your role will be to work on medium/large scale Commercial, Education and Retail projects with both Private and Public sector clients. You'll gain experience and provide professional and project services including; Party Wall matters, Defect Diagnosis and contract administration.

The new Assistant Building Surveyor will receive full APC Support and training from an APC Assessor with excellent first-time pass rate and you will also have the guidance from a team of Directors with over 100 years' industry experience.

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Preferrably 6+ months Private Practice Building Surveying experience
  • Ideally experience with both Private and Public sector clients but not essential
  • Committed to career progression and personal development (MRICS)
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
  • Work collaboratively with others
