Job Details

A modern, pioneering Cost Management consultancy are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their highly talented Quantity Surveying team in Birmingham.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will report to an Associate, but will ultimately be responsible for being involved in all stages of the projects, pre and post contract, including:

  • Early cost planning
  • Value engineering
  • Procuring work
  • Final accounts

Project wise, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a preferred sector, picking from a selection including Commercial, Residential, Fit Out, Data Centres, and Hotel.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • Experience working for a cost management / quantity surveying consultancy
  • Pre and post cost management experience
