Job Details
A leading International Property Consultancy are seeking a Building Surveyor with Professional background to join their expanding Central London Building Consultancy team.
This is a role is for a Building Surveyor with potential to progress to Associate Director and to join a Consultancy who offer an exciting portfolio of work. You'll cover a wide range of professional work including dialipdations, party wall matters, specifications, defect diagnosis and building surveys.
With plans to expand, the successful Building Surveyor will play a key part in supporting junior members of the team, and managing clients, both new and existing. This is a multidisciplinary consutlancy, covering Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Architecture and Sustainability.
The Successful Building Surveyor
- MRICS preferrable
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Previous professional consultancy experience
- Management skills, previous experience (not necessary)
- Client facing - Strong communicator
- Commericially minded
