M&E Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am seeking one or maybe two M&E Quantity Surveyors to join my client, a firm of MEP Quantity Surveying specialists in Stratford, East London.

This role will be based on site working on a large shopping mall project.

Roles required are for an M&E Project Surveyor and Senior M&E Project Surveyor levels.

You will become involved in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying services from pre contract to post contract with good all round knowledge of Building Engineering Services.

Projects will include full mechanical and electrical building engineering services cost management for a wide variety of clients and buildings for offices, residential, mixed use, hospitality, sports stadia, schools, colleges and universities, hospitals and more.

THE COMPANY

My client is an established firm of M&E Quantity Surveying consultants working doing the PQS role and also the M&E contractors role as QSs.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an M&E Quantity Surveyor at Project Surveyor or Senior Projects Surveyor level.

You should have a good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Building Engineering services cost management.

You may be MRICS qualified or keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified or already chartered or alternatively "chartered by experience".

Your background in MEP quantity surveying should have been gained working either for a firm of consultants or for M&E contractors.

Good communication skills essential.

Salary is in the region of £60000 to £80000 plus pension, RICS fees, travel paid, discretionary bonus etc.
