Job Details
A multi-national Property Consultancy are seeking an ambitous Building Surveyor to join their growing team in the Reading office.
The successful Building Surveyor will have an extremely varied job role and be given the opportunity to work with both Project and Professional Building Surveying matters and assist in the development of the Building Consultancy team. With clients across the commericial, retail, education and high-end residential sectors, you'll cover work tha tis 80% generated from repeat business.
You'll cover a wide range of service such as;
- Specifications
- Building Surveys
- Defect diagnosis on large commercial projects
- Party Wall matters
- Dilapidations
- Mentorship
- Managerial duties
- Staff development
The Successful Building Surveyor
- Experience in dealing with both Professional and Project Building Surveying matters
- Experience in working in a Private Practice/Consultancy role
- MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
- Motivated by the prospect of developing staff
- Committed to career progression
- Strong communication skills
- Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
