• £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus Bonus & attractive package 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Practice / Commercial Property Surveyor to join a growing market-leading firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the Primary Care Health sector.

You will be helping to deliver a full suite of commercial surveying and valuation services to a nationwide client base, including the following:

• Landlord & Tenant (Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals etc.)
• Lease Advisory
• Valuations 
• Agency

Experience in the primary care sector is preferable but not essential and training will be provided.

The role is nationwide and primarily home/field based, with occasional time in the office which is based in Sheffield. Due to the nature of instructions and our Client base, extensive travel will be involved.
