A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Management surveyor to join a leading national property consultancy in their London office. The company are well-known for their excellent working culture and progression opportunities. The role will entail taking full ownership of a number of key assets across a range of commercial sectors mainly on behalf of fund clients. Within this role you will be liaising on a regular basis with key client stakeholders so a high level of professionalism is crucial. The company operate a flexible working policy, with many in the team choosing to work a schedule that fits around their commitments outside of work. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of designated mixed commercial portfolio
  • Client reporting
  • Assisting with value-add initiatives across the portfolio

Skills and experience

  • Proven commercial property management experience
  • RICS qualification (preferred)
