Director Building Surveyor

A successful independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a Director, with a Building Surveying background, to join their Leeds team.

The Director (Building Surveyor) role

As new Director (Building Surveyor), you will be running and supporting this consultancies Building Surveying Consultancy team, working on the full scope of commercial Building Surveying services.

The Director (Building Surveyor) will be working closely with the Leeds Partner to lead and grow this division, you will be given full autonomy and flexibility in how you do this.

This consultancy cover the full range of Building Surveying services including professional services such as TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis, building pathology, expert witness and party wall alongside the full range of construction projects including refurbishments, repairs and alterations.

This is a great opportunity for a Director (Building Surveyor) who is looking to take their Building Surveying career to the next step, take on more professional responsibilities and more involvement within business development/company growth.

The Director (Building Surveyor)

• A Building Surveying Degree
• MRICS
• Broad Building Surveying experience (Professional services & project management)
• Experience managing a team
• Business Development experience
• Consultancy background
