Principal/ AD Real Estate Consulting - Healthcare

I am currently recruiting for a Principal/Associate Director to join my client’s real estate advisory consulting team. Ideally, you will be based close to London but there is some flexibility around the location.

My client provides a range of real estate consulting services to several NHS trusts, CCG’s and ICS’s across London and the South East which includes the authoring of NHS E & I compliant business cases, estates strategies, and accommodation feasibility studies and due to growing demand and success they require additional expertise to help them further build and grow.

The team you will join sits alongside the wider consultancy and advisory business which provide a large number of complimentary services including sustainability and net zero carbon, strategic facilities management, change and risk management, technology and digital services.

Skills

Knowledge of NHS property and capital project policy, processes, guidance and stakeholders

An understating of construction and property lifecycle

Able to advise clients on best practice approaches in respect of the service being provided

What you will need:

Experience in the preparation of business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC), estate/property strategies.

A relevant real estate qualification – surveying, engineering, financial or accounting.

Experience in client side and consultancy environment

Demonstrable programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills.
