Interim Head Of Facilities
South West England
£550-600 per day (Inside IR35)
6 Month contract
Remote working - Required in the for site inspections
Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority within the South West Region of England who are looking to expand their team with a highly skilled Facilities Manager.
If you have experience in the following you could be the perfect person for the role:
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure that the estate is maintained and operated (where appropriate) to ensure it is compliant with all applicable legislation and maintained to a suitable condition to provide a safe and legal operation.
- To ensure that all construction-related and operational services and works are provided in a competent, safe and legal manner.
- Responsible for the management of the service area so that corporate assurance is achieved in accordance with the necessary legislation including the understanding of legal requirements, implementation of processes and works, and the associated monitoring and reporting.
