As part of ongoing growth, they seek a project manager at project director / director level to lead a new build residential scheme in London with £100m contract value.

The ideal candidate will be a project management professional with over 10 years experience including strong all round skills in delivery, team leadership and client management. You will be confident in leading similar scale projects with experience in residential. 

Ideal candidate:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 10+ years project management experience within consultancy 
• Proven experience with residential new build projects  
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
