CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR REQUIRED -  To Join the North East Team

Our client is a small successful practice providing a range of property consultancy services throughout Northern England and parts of London.

The workload is mainly high-quality private client pre-purchase surveys and valuations (with no tick-box mortgage valuations).

You’ll need to have a detailed knowledge of building pathology and will be carrying out general practice building surveying instructions for clients in the north-east of England. The role will include pre-acquisition surveys of residential and commercial properties, defect analysis and potentially expert witness reports (training to be provided if required). 

Additionally experience of boundary disputes/project management/ party wall/ schedule of condition and dilapidations is welcome but not essential.

Remote home based role with some requirement to be in the office. Full admin support is provided.
