The Role

The individual will be working within the restructuring team as a General Practice Surveyor, specialising in Rent Reviews, Service Charges and Rates disputes and queries and lease renewals.

As a member of the restructuring team, they will be working for the benefit of the commercial tenant and undertaking the submission of reports and negotiations on behalf of our clients. The individual will work fully on our Salesforce CRM system to ensure constant visibility on client reporting and business KPIs.

The Individual

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about assisting commercial tenants. The candidate must be an energetic, competent, and instinctive negotiator, with a good history of client reporting and accountability. Knowledge and understanding of the restructuring world would be an advantage. A clear understanding and experience of Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Service Charge negotiations and Rates is necessary, as is the technical ability to prepare the relevant reports and documents to back up the negotiations.

We are looking for an individual with the following experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a negotiator with a transactional track record of working with Landlords, Tenants and stakeholders
  • Negotiations in relation to rent reviews, service charges, rates, and lease renewals to achieve maximum effective results, with strong proven track record with listable successes
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, Salesforce)
  • MRICS qualified
  • Experience as a General Practice Surveyor
  • Experience in negotiating with Landlords, Tenants, and Stakeholders
  • Proven client reporting record

  • 20 days holiday + public holidays (in addition the office is closed up to an additional 12 days a year for religious holidays/festivals)
