Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy located in East London, are now seeking a Building Surveyor to join their social and flexible team.

The new Building Surveyor will preferably have experience carrying out core professional services across multiple sectors of properties. As the new Building Surveyor you will be carrying on condition surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and technical due diligence on commercial, education, healthcare and industrial schemes.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on projects for both private and public owned properties and will gain confidence in your client facing skills with key management responsibility.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?

• MRICS (Preferred but not essential)
• APC support and mentorship
• BSc/MSc in Building Surveyor or other RICS accredited degree
• A client-facing, professional services focused background
• Committed to career progression
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and organised
• Work well within a team setting

In Return?

• £40,000 - £50,000 (Dependant on level of experience)
• Car allowance
