Job Details

An independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Hounslow are looking to add an experienced Commercial Agent to their team.

The Commercial Agents role

The successful Commercial Agent will be providing detailed advice to their clients on investment disposals, acquisitions and asset management. Market knowledge of the London area and understanding of Landlord and Tenant desires are key aspects of this role.

The team deals with acquisition, lettings and disposal of Commercial property including offices, retail, leisure, industrial, medical, property investments and residential development opportunities.

The Commercial Agent will ideally hold

  • Experience as a Commercial Agent
  • Market knowledge of the London area
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Commercial Property market knowledge
  • MRICS is ideal but not necessary
  • Ability to travel into the office and to meetings
