Your new role
As the Valuation surveyor you will be responsible for a range of work including Red Book valuations on commercial property, development appraisals and analysis for developments of single plots through to large scale sites. You will be working with a plethora of high level portfolios and businesses across the north.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated and ambitious with regards to your approach to expanding the firms' operations. As the Valuation Surveyor you will need to be MRICS but being a Registered Valuer is not essential although you will have to work towards achieving this within your first 6 months.
