Group Property Manager, West Yorkshire, competitive salary + package, permanent position.

This organisation is a large property owner investor and developer with a wide ranging portfolio. They have large high end business parks, industrial, leisure and hotels, retail and offices, and a proportion of residential blocks as well as other asset classes comprising the portfolio. The portfolio is based mostly around the Leeds, Halifax and West Yorkshire region.
Your new role
The group property manager job will see you manage a range of commercial property, taking care of all property management matters, from managing income, accounts and rent collections from occupiers, health and safety and compliance, some agency; letting vacant property and liaising with other property agents, being involved with marketing, viewings, negotiating heads of terms. You will manage maintenance matters, dealing with contractors, liaising with tenants and arranging works where required. You will liaise with local and regional business owners, as well as large international blue chips and be able to get involved with all aspects of property management strategy and delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in Real Estate or similar discipline and experience of working in a portfolio management role. You could be a recent graduate who is looking for their next step, or an MRICS status chartered surveyor with experience in property management seeking their next position.
What you'll get in return
This role is offering a salary plus car, annual leave and benefits. This is a full time position, and will be mostly office or site based but there is flexibility in working hours and will be an autonomous role.
