Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor based in Shrewsbury
Our client: An established multi-discipline practice covering all property-related services, are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with expertise in their field to join their ever-growing 35+ strong striking head office in Shrewsbury.
The role: This role in particular is focused largely on commercial property Building Surveying, with experience in the following areas a requirement for the ideal candidate:
- Pre-acquisition Building Surveys
- Schedules of condition
- Dilapidations
- Schedules of works
- Project Management
- CDM
The role is an office-based role, where it is important to get stuck in with the team, helping to manage and grow more Junior members of staff, as well as focusing on client relationships, providing fee quotes, arranging appointments etc.
