A national award winning independent property consultancy with offices in Leeds and London require a chartered residential valuation surveyor to join their established and successful team in Leeds. With an excellent city centre location very close to the train station and instructions across the north this company is ideal for somebody who wants the establish themselves within a business and have a successful career.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working within an established and successful residential valuation team on instructions across the North. As with most valuation roles there is a requirement to travel but this will mainly be 1 day a week. You will be working on both bank and borrower led instructions within the residential sector.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be a chartered surveyor who is looking to work in the residential valuation market. Residential valuation experience is advantageous but not essential to the role. What you do need is a positive attitude and good work ethic as well as an ambition to succeed.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a very competitive salary as well as car allowance. The holiday package for the role is 25 days with an increase based on service and ability to carry holiday across.
