Building Surveyor – Associate
London / Hybrid Working
Leading international property consultancy has an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Building Surveyor with Residential/Local Authority experience to join their London based team.
You will provide high calibre service and support for contract procurement and monitoring service lines; manage framework projects; manage a team of Building Surveyors and help develop business on an ongoing basis, amongst other things.
MRICS with a Degree in Building Surveying you will have strong technical delivery experience with the Residential/Local Authority sector and the ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
A detailed understanding of JCT Contracts is important.
