Chartered Building Surveyor

The firm we are representing provides project and professional services throughout the private property sector, these services include and are not limited to technical due diligence, project management, contract administration, surveys, development monitoring and more.

The managing partner is an inspirational leader, who previously led the building consultancy division at a top 10 consultancy. They work throughout the Retail, Hotel, industrial & office development sectors, with "A" grade clients such as funds, investors, private equity firms and occupiers.

The firm's aspirations are to continue delivering top tier advice and working with the best clients and develop the portfolio of fund clients. They offer a dynamic one for all culture, within a rapidly expanding practice that holds excellent career opportunities.

You will work closely with the partners in delivery of services, enhancing your skill set whilst working on significant projects up to and in excess of £100m.

You will be chartered with the RICS, may have worked for a consultancy, developer or client.

The partners will provide solid training and mentoring to progress your career into holistic project management, you will have an attractive portfolio of clients and projects to work with. Some of the projects you will be supporting on and others you will run as number 1.
