Client: A multi-award-winning construction and property consultancy with offices across the UK

Projects: Residential, Education, Health, Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Local Authority

Requirements of the Project Manager:

BSc/MSc in a construction-related discipline Ideally working towards MRICS/MCIOB/ APMP/ PRINCE2 Previous construction consultancy experienceExperience working on both new builds and refurbishment projectsAbility to work on several projects at once from inception to completionAbility to develop and maintain good working relationships with clientsHealth & Safety knowledge such as CDM & CSCS Card (can be gained upon joining)Excellent communication skills including report writing and presenting Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

On offer for the Project Manager:

A starting salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave, plus public/bank holidaysCompany pension schemePrivate medical careLife Assurance Hybrid working
