Senior Project Manager – London
Medium size construction consultancy is seeking a strong client facing Senior Project Manager to work alongside a Director to deliver care projects ranging from large retirement villages, extra care apartments and care homes, to specialist care settings.
Ideally from a commercial background you will have good private developer experience at all project stages including carrying out front end due diligence work on sites, pre-contract management and administration of the construction phase.
Residential experience preferable but any multi room residential experience is fine as well.
