Valuation - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor (Remote Working)

We are delighted to be assisting an enterprising employee-owned national consultancy who, after experiencing sustained business wins, are now looking to grow their valuation team across all of their regional hubs.

You would predominately be undertaking secured lending valuations on large residential & commercial developments, typically around £4-10million. You will also undertake a variety of secured lending, and fund valuations, for a range commercial and specialist properties including leisure, education, and healthcare. You will play a key role in the consultancy’s growth, representing the consultancy’s expanding presence across your region, and winning new panel and client work.

This is a fully remote role, with many colleagues choosing to work from home, however you will have access to a national network of offices. In return receive a market leading salary, car allowance, bonus and an evolving range of company benefits.
