Job Details

We are working with a National Property Consultancy who are seeking a qualified Rural Surveyor to assist in the management of a number of estates both private and institutional within the Eastern region. Their dedicated team of Rural Surveyors provide advice to farmers and landowners on unlocking the value of their assets, diversification, change of land use, rural management and rural surveys all over the UK.

This is a varied and interesting role requiring project and business management skills with hands-on delivery to provide property services including valuation advice to clients. You will have the opportunity to assist with the management of rural estates, conduct property valuations, and complete Single Payment and Environmental Scheme Applications.

Your background

A forward thinking surveyor 1-5 years post qualification, or in the process of completing your APC, you will have the ability to deal with a variety of work. You will have studied a RICS accredited degree and looking to progress in a career as a Rural Surveyor. You will also have experience within a rural practice gained through work experience or placements. It is essential that you have a full UK driving license.
