Commercial Development Surveyor - North Lincolnshire
Up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Beach Baker are delighted to be working in partnership with a private estate to recruit a second Commercial Development Surveyor to be based in North Lincolnshire. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation with a fantastic reputation and exciting property portfolio.
The Estate
This is a busy, progressive and diverse estate, covering some 27,000 acres of beautiful countryside on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. The Estate is home to a vast area of park and woodlands and substantial landholdings and trading operations.
The Position
Due to the expansion of their activities and workload, they are seeking an additional commercial/development/rural professional to bring forward a mix of rural, suburban and urban opportunities.
There is an extremely varied workload including: development plots, farm buildings, investment appraisals, property acquisition, sales and asset management initiatives.
This role would suit someone who has strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
You could be a Land Agent, or a Commercial Surveyor looking to progress your career in an attractive setting.
You would be working alongside a colleague who is now concentrating on larger scale resi developments and masterplanning, hence the expansion of the department.
