Rural Surveyor / Estates Surveyor - Staffordshire

Beach Baker are delighted to be working in partnership with a regional firm of land & property agents to recruit a Rural Surveyor to be based in their Staffordshire office.

This role is a unique opportunity to work across a variety of projects and to create your own Career path.

The Company

In the main, the Company acts as land agents; the majority of their clients are farmers or rural businesses.

They have an abundance of valuation work ranging from secured lending, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and development appraisals and are involved on a daily basis with rural property agency/ management, planning applications, Landlord and Tenant work and an increasing amount of CPO/ water industry act advise.

The Position

There is a wide range of general practice work and the client base is a diverse one.

You will be expected to cover the residential, agricultural and commercial sectors (training can be provided if your experience is not that broad)

The new role can be whatever you want to make of it, but ultimately you need to be prepared to work hard and work for the greater good of the business and its clients.

The Candidate

You will ideally be a qualified Rural Surveyor, however, applications are welcome from those with relevant experience in the Rural/General Practice sector and/or working towards becoming Chartered.
