Partner Level Building Surveyor

A leading national property agent are looking to hire a Partner Building Surveyor to their team in Birmingham.

The role:

• Commercial and Industrial Sectors
• Warehouses, Nurseries, Schools, Colleges and Offices
• Day to day Building Pathology work including dilapidations, party wall, pre-acquisition surveys and schedules of condition
• 6 UK offices with 18 building surveyors across the offices (3 in Birmingham within a multidisciplinary team)
• No management duties

The ideal person:

• Has experience and knowledge of the Birmingham market
• Chartered (MRICS or MCIOB) with a minimum of 6 years PQE
• Strong building pathology experience
• Experience working in commercial or industrial sectors
• Strong and confident business developer
