A small – medium sized construction consultancy is looking for a Project Manager with two years of consultancy-based experience to join their busy Manchester office. The company has five offices across the UK solely focussing on project management for the built environment. You would be working mainly within the private sector, including areas such as corporate occupier, commercial office, high-end residential and universities, with clients including the Royal Academy of Arts, The Portman Estate and UCL.

The company itself is completely focussed on its employees and what is best for them. It is an Employee Benefit Trust, meaning that it is owned by a trust whose beneficiaries are the employees and whose board members are nominated employees. Due to this, all employees have a say in the company and are entitled to a profit share at the end of the year.

The team is professional, but not corporate, and puts a great deal of emphasis on ensuring they provide an enjoyable place to work. All work is completely collaboratively with a focus on bringing each other up and ensuring everyone is meeting their own goals, as well as the teams.

Person Specification:

  • 2 years project management experience within a consultancy
  • JCT and NEC ¾ contracts proficient
  • Experience of the full life cycle of a project

Salary of up to £43k with a hybrid working policy and flexible structure, as well as benefits including profit share and bonus, high pension contributions and private healthcare and life insurances.
