Job Details
An ground-hitting Assistant Building Surveyor is needed to join a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy, based in their Central London office.
As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll be assigned to working on a mixture of properties, across the commercial, healthcare, mixed use, office, residential and education sectors. You will cover a range of services on both professional and project side, however will primarily be project focused covering design & specification, contract admin and some professional services including; dilapidations and schedules of conditions.
The new Assistant Building Surveyor will join a team of 12 and will be soon getting a new head of office in the New Year. You will have tailored APC support and training up until you sit your MRICS assessment.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- 6+ months experience preferred
- Previous project services experience
- Keen interest in project services
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Happy to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Ambitious attitude and willingness to learn
