Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

This medium sized consultancy has been providing expert project and cost consultancy services for three quarters of a century, adopting a pragmatic approach through listening and responding to the needs of their esteemed clients. Previous projects include the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich as well as grade II listed residential properties.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will adopt a client facing role, leading the close knit team of 25 in the Hackney office, working both autonomously on your own projects and collaboratively with colleagues whilst supporting and mentoring junior team members.

About you

You will be a confident QS with a background in construction consultancy, comfortable managing your own projects (JCT contracts) as you will be fulfilling both pre and post contract duties. Ideally you will be chartered and MRICS or at least be moving towards it.
