Graduate/Assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Altrincham - SME - Up to £45,000 + Bonus

Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a new SME based in the North West (Altrincham) who are a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Project Management, Cost Management and Planning Advisory services that due to a growing portfolio of work are looking to recruit a Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (paying between £27,000 - £45,000 + Bonus depending upon level of experience).

In order to be considered the Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

- Must be degree educated in a RICS accredited in Quantity Surveying or Project Management and be ideally working towards MRICS status.

- Ideally the applicant will also have some experience in the Consultancy environment.

The SME can offer working from home and work life balance is offered but there will be a need for time spent in the office (60/40 split in favour of office time).

Remuneration will be market leading and based on experience to date but they are looking to pay up to £45,000 + Bonus.

Responsibilities: Producing high level estimates, cost plans, tenders and conducting other costing exercises, as required Providing cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and capturing within reports and cashflows Contract administration of various contact suites; including acting as Employers Agent Managing principal contractors and subcontractors; including the implementation of a robust change control procedure Appointing and managing professional teams to develop robust information for pricing Facilitating meetings on behalf of the client and ensuring that team actions are captured, tracked, and closed out in good time Providing general cost advice to client and assisting in value management workshops to align client budget to contractor pricing Managing the procurement process; including analysis of tender returns, negotiation of contract terms and recommendation to clients.
