Building Surveyor - Hertfordshire - 6 Months - £30-40/hour (Social Housing)

I'm working on an interim Building Surveying role within Social Housing with a Local Authority based in Hertfordshire:

- Diagnosing defects

- Pre and post inspections

- Damp and mould surveys

- General maintenance works

The role is for 6 months initially but will likely extend much further than this.

The team meet each Thursday morning at the offices, but other than this you can work from home and schedule site visits into your own diary.
