Estates Surveyor - Lancashire - 12+ Months

One of my favourite Lancashire based clients are looking for another interim Estates Surveyor to bulk up their team and support them with a number of exciting projects coming into the New Year.

This surveyor will:

- have a background in General Practice Surveying (degree level)

- be RICS qualified (MRICS or FRICS)

- live locally to Lancashire (or commutable distance 1/2 times per week)

The work will consist of some casework including lease renewals and rent reviews, but a large chunk of it will be getting stuck into an ambitious asset disposals programme which will then fund some exciting capital projects from April onwards (which you can of course get involved in too if you've the experience!).
