Associate Director, Cost Management

Amazing opportunity for an Associate Director of Cost management to join one of the most highly rated consultancies in the UK playing a lead role in managing a very high value project.

About the Role

Pronounced 14th in Building magazine's top 150 consultants as well as featured in Top 50 Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Surveyors lists (top 10 in surveyors!), this well-established multi-disciplined consultancy works on high value projects ranging from £1mill to over £600mill. This success is thanks to the unmatchable level of care that they provide to each client, enabling them to work on over 70 long-term framework agreements.

They're looking for an Associate Director of Cost Management to work on the largest life sciences project in the UK currently (within the healthcare sector) which is split into 2 contracts due to its high value. You would report into the project office in Paddington or local office in Oxford.

About You

You will either be a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director with experience managing projects ideally from the Life Sciences sector as well as be comfortable leading a team of Quantity Surveyors. Contract administration will also be a part of your role.
