Requirements of the Fire Risk Assessor:

Hold a relevant fire safety qualification e.g. FSC, IFPO, IFSM, IFEPrevious construction consultancy experienceExperience undertaking fire risk inspections and assessments Knowledge of UK fire safety legislation Membership of a relevant professional body is desirable but not essentialTrack record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills

On offer for the Fire Risk Assessor:

A starting salary of between £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience25 days per annum plus bank/public holidays, increasing with length of serviceA market-leading company pension schemePrivate healthcareLife assuranceHybrid working
