Estates Surveyor - Lancashire - 12 Months - £55/hour

Are you experienced in Estates Management and looking for a new challenge?

Vivid are representing a Lancashire based Local Authority on an exclusive basis to recruit for an interim Estates Surveyor:

• Landlord and Tenant (lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge, lease regears, asset disposals)
• Property management of the commercial and industrial portfolio

This will be on an initial 12 month contract, to support a well established team, and pay £55/hour (inside IR35).

If you aren't too keen on a General Practice role, and your skillset lies more in the following areas, please apply regardless as they will be looking for two more surveyors in the new financial year to assist with planned investment:

• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Investment
• Regeneration
• Economic Development

MRICS is not essential, nor is Local Authority experience - what is essential, is that you are highly experienced in General Practice Surveying and are motivated to make a real difference to your local Council.

They operate on a hybrid model, with one day per week being required in the office, and the rest of the week is to your discretion if you'd prefer to be in the office or working from the comfort of home!
