Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A medium sized Project Management building consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK is now actively seeking a Project Manager, due to a strong pipeline of projects, to be based in Birmingham.

The Project Manager's Role

This consultancy's work primarily consists of residential-based projects, and more specifically in the Midlands, housebuilding, with projects ranging from £200k to £20m.

As the successful Project Manager, the role would consist of covering both Employer's Agent duties and Clerk of Works duties, of which the Project Manager should have previous experience with.

Project Manager Requirements

• 4+ years of prior Project Manager experience working within Construction Consultancy
• Previous Employer's Agent or Clerk of Works experience
• Ideally hold a RICS accredited degree
• Prior experience with Residential-based projects
• Be a member of, or be working towards, a construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB)
• Able to commute to and from site locations
