Job Details
A well-established Property Consultancy with offices across the Southwest are actively seeking an Associate Building Surveyor working out of their Cardiff office.
The Associate Building Surveyors role
The successful Building Surveyor will have experience working with Commercial property around the Cardiff area, along with being self-motivated and to undertake independent work.
They work with small projects to large high scale work including elements of Project Management, Dilapidations and Due Diligence. A Surveyor with ambition to get to the next step in their career would be well suited for this role and you can be nurtured by the amazing resources in the company to get to that Associate level.
The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally hold
- MRICS qualified
- Commercial Building Surveying experience
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Confident client facing
- Strong written and verbal communication
