Offering 1st class APC program along with the broad workload you require to become Chartered, this dynamic and commercially strong Chartered Surveying practice can offer the ideal environment for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor.

Person Specification: 

• Degree or equivilent in Building Surveying
• 1-2 years’ APC diary
• Experience in retrofit projects or social housing a bonus
• Strong communication skills
• Ideally experience in design, spec writing, defect diagnosis, and good technical knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will work across various teams, covering a broad range of projects and professional instructions across a number of sectors.

You will have the opportunity to a focus on the growing retrofit sector, within Social Housing. Currently one of the strongest and most stable sectors across the country.

You will have experience in design, spec writing, defect diagnosis, good technical knowledge, and you will be comfortable working within a team.

Salary & Package:

Salary from £30,000 – £40,000 dependent on experience and progression through APC. Salary is reviewed throughout APC with each “weigh point” resulting in a salary increase.
