A great opportunity has arisen in a market leading company looking for an Associate Director Management Surveyor - Property Management.

This role is to manage a key asset in the South East Region in Retail shopping centres. This role will give the successful candidate the pathway to Director, with the opportunity to work on some important assets, key to the company's success.

You will be from a Retail surveyor from a shopping centre management background, looking for that next step up, you will be used to working directly with the client, so stakeholder management skills are crucial. You will be able to manage up and utilise an already strong team to ensure client delivery. This is great opportunity to take ownership of a trophy asset, working directly with the client to deliver property asset management across the 200-tenant portfolio. In partnership with the client, you will be setting and assisting the business strategy and objectives.

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, have knowledge of legislation relating to property management, in order to manage the portfolio effectively and to make recommendations to the client. You will be really strong at building and maintaining n colleague and client relationships and understand the principles of lease structure and be able to read and understand a lease. Some of your past experience will demonstrate knowledge of turnover rent and you will be able to read and understand a turnover rent clauses. Moreover, be able to apply the principles of service charge management to ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements including the terms of the lease
