Job Details
A building surveyor with associate level experience is wanted by an established London firm to join their team. To meet client needs, the selected individual will work on high-level commercial and residential projects with a wealth of knowledge and confidence. Our client is looking for a building surveyor with outstanding customer service skills who is ideally MRICs qualified in order to maintain and grow their customers due to the excellent reputation they have earned. Since their company is mostly headquartered in London prior work experience in this city will be helpful. They work in the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. Requirements: Have a full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered SurveyorsStrong technical knowledgeStrong track record of project deliveryPrivate and public sector clientsExperience working as a Building Surveyor Responsibilities: Hands on approach to delivering Quantity Surveying services, Leading projects, Mentoring junior members, Produce technical reviews.
