As a Building Surveyor you will be joining a sociable and friendly division, an invested and professional bunch of surveyors. The successful individual will support a Senior Building Surveyor who is also an experienced APC councilor with several projects from inception to completion, in the local Reading and surrounding Berkshire County. Further responsibilities include contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, planned maintenance programmes and schedules of works.

Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally started APC Minimum 12/18 months experience
• Positive ‘can do’ mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Full UK driver’s licence
