This position offers the chance to work with a variety of healthcare properties such as hospitals, care homes, and assisted living, with typical values ranging from £2-10million. The role involves a mix of secured lending instructions and fund valuations for investment and operating clients, with portfolios valued in the billions.
As a member of the team, you will have the flexibility to work from any of the company's high-profile offices across the country and enjoy a range of benefits including hybrid working, flexi hours, private medical insurance, and a workplace nursery scheme.
Key Qualifications:
- RICS Chartered (1 year minimum)
- Registered Valuer (Commercial or Residential) – beneficial
- Full Clean UK driving licence
