Job Details

A well know and reputable Estate Agency and Property Specialist with Nationwide coverage are seeking a Director of Building Surveying to head up their Telford office.

The Director of Building Surveying's role

The main duties for the Director will be to maintain and develop the Building Surveying and Architectural services across the West Midlands. They will be joining the existing North region team, working with and supported by other professional services within the offices.

Service lines include pre-acquisition surveys and defect analysis to conservation and project management, working across beautiful rural landscapes, towns and villages. The region has untapped potential that allows for many business generation opportunities.

The Director of Building Surveying should ideally hold

  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong Building Surveying knowledge
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience growing the team through recruitment and mentoring
  • Strong performance management
