Dulwich College is over 400 years old and possesses the most impressive array of buildings and architecture, from Grade II listed grand halls, to state-of-the-art new builds. It encompasses classrooms to accommodation facilities, to large green space to impressive sport facilities. With 22 plant rooms alone, there is certainly enough to keep you busy and needs someone with the expertise who is used to dealing with a mixed and varied portfolio of properties.
Dulwich College takes great pride in its appearance and understands the importance of keeping it in pristine condition. They have invested a lot of resources over the last few years in its planned maintenance programme and now looking to the future with some progressive sustainability projects and needing your help to pave the way.
They understand the importance when it comes to health and safety, never cutting corners, so needing someone with a NEBOSH qualification.
With such a large array of properties comes a huge number of M&E assets to maintain. You will need to have a good understanding on contract management side, along with excellent project management skills from end to end. With such a large school, there is always several projects to manage.
There is a well-established team around you, with you having 3 direct reports to manage. Your predecessor will be leaving the college in good working order, so your focus, will be to continue the good groundwork that has been laid and keep the school moving in a forward trajectory, always working to the highest standards.
