Due to expansion, a well-established Housing Association are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager.

The projects will be predominantly in Central London locations, as well as parts of Essex.

This Senior Project Manager, will play an integral role in this businesses success. You will be tasked to oversee and take charge of a programme of works in the region of £4million.

You will also line manage a Project Manager, and collaboratively you will cover the residential portfolio of schemes.

There will also be a focus around sustainability and any experience with EPC will be desirable
