Graduate Building Surveyor

We are working with an independent practice who are looking to recruit a Graduate to their Building Surveying division.

With the guidance of the wider team you will act on behalf of investors and corporate clients across a range of commercial premises including industrial and logistics, offices, retail and leisure.

Day to day work will be varied to cover Dilapidations , Building Surveys, Schedule of Conditions, Pre-acquisition Surveys,  Contract Administration, Project Management, Party Wall Awards and Reinstatement Insurance Costs Assessments.

The ideal candidate will be a recent Building Surveying or Build Environment Graduate (Degree or Masters), and have gained some experience in industry as part of a sandwich placement or since graduating. You will have excellent presentation, communication and time management skills.

The role is Birmingham based but will cover instructions across the UK so a full driving license in required.

£25,000 - £30,000 plus package. Full APC support is provided.
