We are instructed to recruit for a fast-growing regional property investment and development company in the North-West.

Due to the continued growth of the portfolio, a new strategic position has been created and the firm is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Property Management.


The Role:

  • Ultimately responsible for maintaining the efficient running of the company’s property sites from a Property Management perspective.
  • Operating at board level and having an input into the strategic decision making process for the company.
  • Management of service charges and ensuring that tenants are complying with their lease responsibilities.
  • Involvement in the development of the firm’s ESG strategy at property level.
  • Responsible for the scheduling of small reactive and planned works through a network of external contractors.
  • Co-ordinating and supporting on larger, project based and development works.


The Candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience within the commercial property management sector, either within practice or in-house
  • Good communication skills with the ability to enhance strong tenant relationships
  • Strong organisation skills with the capacity to handle a high-volume portfolio
  • Be excited at the thought of working in a small team environment helping to enable further growth
  • Experience within the industrial sector is ideally required, however candidates will be considered who have more varied multi-sector experience.
